Sullo sfondo della costruzione dei grandi impianti idroelettrici della regione, gli &#8220;uomini della luce&#8221;, ovvero coloro che stavano creando la monumentale impresa dell\u2019energia idroelettrica, divennero protagonisti del lavoro di altri &#8220;uomini della luce&#8221;, ovvero gli operatori della luce del cinema, pronti a immortalare quel momento storico.
